The Tearoom will reopen in February 2025. In the winter we are doing maintenance and upgrading areas. We plan to be closed in all areas of the business in December January. In these months if you are visiting the area and want to see the cows please contact us via instagram messenger and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is not guaranteed due to the refurbishments that will be on going in these months.
We are a wee tearoom/hairy coo experience/working farm/B&B on our family farm running out of our family home. We have recently started a Highland Cow Afternoon Tea which has become very popular so we highly recommend you reserve for this and the best way to do that is via instagram messages.We need at least 24 hours notice to prepare for this. RESERVE RESERVE RESERVE We have become very popular very quickly and whether it’s normal lunch menu or the coo themed afternoon tea we need you to reserve and this is done via instagram messages. The coo meet and greet is not reserved you must just walk in for that. We do also offer “The Coo Lovers “ experience where you get a private session and talk which is even closer to the cows and out of hours so no crowds. We have dreamt of opening our own tearoom for at least 10 years.
We are both HUGE FOODIES and between us have decades of catering and hospitality experience - from Quita working in service at high calibre finer dining restaurants in Glasgow, as well as cooking in a Glasgow west end café. And Isla has accumulated vast experience in hospitality over the years, running kitchens and hotels.
But their real love for everything delicious, came from their mum Caroline’s passion for cooking and their granny Millie and Heather and granddad Alexanders awesome baking skills!

Included is feeding, petting and taking as many photos as you like.

We are a small operation - concentrating on quality rather than quantity. Our menu is not huge, but we do try to cover all bases and cater to all tastes. With delicious gluten free, dairy free and vegetarian options.
We pride ourselves on our home baking and making everything from scratch - good home cooking with our own individualities adding a little twist of something surprisingly delicious.
