Important Information Before You Visit!
We are a wee tearoom/hairy coo experience/working farm/B&B on our family farm running out of our family home. We are a small operation - concentrating on quality rather than quantity. Our menu is not huge, but we do try to cover all bases and cater to all tastes.
We pride ourselves on our home baking and making everything from scratch - good home cooking with our own individualities adding a little twist of something surprisingly delicious.
Our reservations fill up very fast! If you are unable to reserve, please stop by for the meet n’ greet and order off our daily menu!

WALK-IN SERVICES

Feel free to walk-in and meet the coos! At £5 per person, you are able to feed the coos, take plenty of pictures, with no time limit. There is no charge for children under the age of 4. For insurance purposes, we charge for everyone interacting with the coos.

You are able to experience our tearoom menu before you meet the coos! This includes our mini afternoon tea, and able to taste our fresh homemade scones and toasties! No need to reserve.

RESERVED SERVICES

This has become our most popular reservation! This must be booked 24 hours in advance via Instagram. This is a themed coo afternoon tea which consists of a set menu; containing mocktails, savory sandwiches, and a 3-tier coo theme treats! This also includes the meet n’ greet.

If you love coos, book this intimate, private experience before business hours to meet and ask questions about the coos. Please book via Instagram. There is only one reserved spot per day at 9:30am so make sure to book ahead of time!

Our Story
We have dreamt of opening our own tearoom for at least 10 years.
We are both HUGE FOODIES and between us have decades of catering and hospitality experience - from Quita working in service at high calibre finer dining restaurants in Glasgow, as well as cooking in a Glasgow west end café. And Isla has accumulated vast experience in hospitality over the years, running kitchens and hotels.
But their real love for everything delicious, came from their mum Caroline’s passion for cooking and their granny Millie and Heather and granddad Alexanders awesome baking skills!
